What's New?

Sunny great rooms, master suites, pools and spas! That's new! We have been very busy on a number of projects including a 7,500 s.f. remodel of a traditional colonial to name one.

We're busy in the community as well! We're proud to announce we've just opened an office in Stamford, CT and to celebrate our new spot we're getting involved with Greenwich community projects:
  • February was an exciting month for Capital. We invited a distinguished speaker on Sustainable Building to the Delamar Hotel in Greenwich, CT to enlighten us on the importance of Green Building. (View article here).
  • Capital Building & Development, Inc. teamed with the Greenwich Junior League for their annual Enchanted Forest event this past Winter. We were happy to sponsor the "Gingerbread House Workshops" and we're thrilled that we won three ribbons including "Best In Show" for our donation of a Snow White Gingerbread House. (View the newspaper article here.)
  • The Greenwich Community's Antiquarius event is a yearly house tour, auction and community event to benefit The Historical Society of the Town of Greenwich and it's many Art and Historical Education programs. We couldn't wait to get involved in this great event.
In Rye we always have exciting things going on!
  • We've moved to a brand new office in Rye, you can find us now at 32 Elm Place. Stop by and check out our beautiful space to talk about your plans or ideas!
  • Brand new are 2, five bedroom colonial style homes which
are currently being built in the Greenhaven Section of Rye
with all the same thought and craftsmanship that goes into
all of our projects. Home 1 and Home 2.
  • Capital was involved with the annual Rye Derby Road Race to benefit the YMCA as it does every year! Go runners Go!
  • We also work with Habitat for Humanity and The Rye Historical Society, where we donate our Construction Management experience.
